For international customers, please be aware that Peter Stone products are shipped directly from our factory in Thailand.

RETURN POLICY:
All of our jewelry is made to order.
There are no cash refunds only exchanges within 7 days after received.If a customer refuses any Silver order there will be a 20% restocking fee.*
*If the order is produced and shipped, and delivered and you refuse the delivery and return that order there will be a 20% restocking fee. By placing your orders you agree to these terms and conditions.
A 50% restocking fee applies to all gold jewelry exchanges or returns, with a maximum fee of $200 per piece. Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering shipping and insurance costs for the round trip.
