From the time you order is processed. It will take 15-20 days for you to receive it on your doorstep.

RETURN POLICY:

All of our jewelry is made to order.

There are no cash refunds only exchanges within 7 days after received.

If a customer refuses any Silver order there will be a 20% restocking fee.*

*If the order is produced and shipped, and delivered and you refuse the delivery and return that order there will be a 20% restocking fee. By placing your orders you agree to these terms and conditions.

A 50% restocking fee applies to all gold jewelry exchanges or returns, with a maximum fee of $200 per piece. Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering shipping and insurance costs for the round trip.
The customer pays for shipping and insurance round trip.

EXCHANGE

If you feel like the piece of Peter Stone Jewelry is not the perfect match for you, you are eligible for a 7 DAY EXCHANGE for other items in our store for the same price or higher. The exchange should be made within 7 days from the shipping date.

We kindly ask you to pay the shipping cost when returning to us and sending back the exchange item to you.
