Jewelry is made to order.

From the time you order is processed. It will take 15-20 days for you to receive it on your doorstep.

Shipping is free

Shipping Policy Upon confirming your order, all jewelry items will be shipped within 14-21 days.

If you require expedited delivery, kindly reach out to us after receiving your automated order confirmation.

For customers in North America, shipments are exclusively sent via USPS Priority Mail and include delivery confirmation.

For international customers, please be aware that Peter Stone products are shipped directly from our factory in Thailand.

Shipping times and rates vary based on your chosen shipping method and destination country.

Please note that the estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of item shipment, not the order placement date.

 

RETURN POLICY:

All of our jewelry is made to order.

There are no cash refunds only exchanges within 7 days after received.

If a customer refuses any Silver order there will be a 20% restocking fee.*

*If the order is produced and shipped, and delivered and you refuse the delivery and return that order there will be a 20% restocking fee. By placing your orders you agree to these terms and conditions.

A 50% restocking fee applies to all gold jewelry exchanges or returns, with a maximum fee of $200 per piece. Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering shipping and insurance costs for the round trip.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES.

The purchaser is responsible for making sure the jewelry can be lawfully imported to your destination country. When you are ordering from Peter Stone, the buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by your destination country. The receiver of international jewelry items may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are charges once the shipment reaches your country.

Any charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over these charges and do not know if charges will apply and what they may be if any. Customs policies vary from country to country; If you are not sure you should contact your local customs office for information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause possible delays beyond our original delivery estimates, but in most cases are are non issues.
