Yes, you can exchange an item instead of requesting a refund. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made items are non-exchangeable. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send you the new item.

There are no cash refunds, only exchanges within 7 days after receipt.

If a customer refuses any Silver order, there will be a 20% restocking fee. If the order is produced, shipped, delivered, and you refuse the delivery and return that order, there will be a 20% restocking fee. By placing your orders, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The customer is responsible for covering shipping and insurance costs for the round trip.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Custom-made items and personalized jewelry cannot be refunded. Additionally, items that have been damaged or altered after purchase are not eligible for a refund. Please review our refund policy for more details.
